If there was ever an actress in danger of being typecast, it was Jennifer Aniston.
But not for much longer.
In a significant departure from her syrupy, goody goody romantic comedy roles, the 41 year old star will take on a risque role, appearing topless.
It was yesterday revealed she will star in Wanderlust, which calls for her to strip off for the first time in her acting career.
Her character also indulges in a free porn (http://auspremium.com/) threesome with two other women, sleeps with numerous men and takes drugs.
Reports in Hollywood said Aniston had agreed to play the part of a "free loving" married woman who ends up living in a hippie community.
The role will be a major departure for the actress who found fame playing Rachel in the hit TV series Friends.
In recent years she has appeared in a series of romantic comedies, including The Switch and Bounty Hunter which have failed to win over audiences.
It has been reported that Aniston was looking to the Judd Apatow directed film to boost her flagging career.
Her most recent film The Switch, in which she played a single woman who uses a sperm donor to have a child, bombed at the box office, taking $8.4 million in the US on its opening weekend.
